COVID-19 UPDATE

Families Financially Affected by COVID-19 – Our Community & Family Services food bank is equipped and ready to help. Some families are receiving help on a weekly basis because of lost wages. Yorkminster Citadel Community and Family Services provide programs to those who find themselves in need including:

  • Food bank – Wednesday 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. (appointment required)
  • Referrals to The Salvation Army Immigration and Refugee Program
  • Children’s summer camp program
  • Christmas assistance program
  • English Conversation Café (see below)
  • Monthly luncheon for seniors

We provide service to the following postal codes: M2L, M2P, M3A, M3B, M5M and M4N (north of Lawrence Avenue East)
Please bring documents to confirm identification of each family member, income, address and rent.
Volunteer opportunities available

English Conversation Café.  An informal conversation group to practice English.  Thursdays 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
